The Malagasy Chess Federation's platform is the national registry of licensed players, and every licence on it is verifiable before a tournament. A club registers its players from its own workspace, and each licence validated by the federation comes with a digital ID card.

The situation
A national federation, clubs spread across the country, and a licence file that travelled as an email attachment. Every season the official list had to be rebuilt from whatever versions the clubs sent back.
Nobody could say with certainty who held a licence. Duplicates, expired licences and inconsistent spellings made it impossible to check a player before a tournament, and proof of licence came down to an email.

What changed
MAMYCODE delivered a web platform that centralises the entire register. Every licence holder has one record carrying their national number, their categories, their club and their licence history. The national office issues and manages the digital ID cards from a single back office, and clubs have controlled access to enrol and follow their own members.
The federation now has one source of truth for the Malagasy licence. The digital ID card replaces manual verification at tournaments, and the national office and the clubs work from the same register rather than copying between spreadsheets.
