Privacy policy

This policy explains what this website does with your data. The short version: it runs no analytics, we set no tracking cookies, and we ask for your details in two places: the contact form, and the booking calendar you can open from any page.
Who is responsible

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form, and only when you submit it:
If you book a call instead, the calendar collects the name, email address and any notes you enter when you pick a slot. That booking is handled by Cal.com rather than by this site.
- Your name
- Your company name, if you give one
- Your business email address
- The project description you write
Why we use it
To read your enquiry, reply to it, and prepare a proposal if you want one. We use it for nothing else.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build a profile of you. We send no marketing email unless you have asked us to.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Your choice of language is carried in the page address, not in a cookie.
The private administration area, which only our staff can reach, uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep an editor signed in. Visitors to the public site never receive it.
Choosing "Book a call" opens a booking calendar served by Cal.com. Nothing is requested from them before that click: their code is fetched at the moment you make it, and the calendar then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Cal.com's policy rather than ours. If you never open it, no page on this site contacts them at all.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Vercel Blob (media storage). They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
Cal.com processes what you enter when you book a call, so that the appointment can be scheduled.
We disclose data to anyone else only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to three years from our last exchange, so we can pick up a conversation you return to. After that they are deleted.
If an enquiry becomes a signed engagement, the contract's own retention terms take over.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, and in particular under the GDPR if you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your data
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Receive your data in a portable format
How to exercise them
Email support@mamycode.pro. We reply within one month. There is no charge, and you never need to explain why you are asking.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to the administration area is restricted and password-protected, and our providers encrypt data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and fix problems quickly.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
